DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Rome

I live in Cartersville and every time I am in Rome I like to eat at Dos Bros and usually it is always so good and the staff is great. Sadly today that was not the case, when we pulled up it was hard to even tell they were open for they didn’t have their open sign on. Upon going in the young ladies running the front seemed annoyed and very rude, both presented with an attitude and acted as if waiting on us was a chore. The only friendly person was the gentleman that came from the back to prepare some chicken. The counter where you order was filthy and covered with discarded food and sauce (which proceeded to cover the bottom of our trays and later our table). I went to the bathroom and it smelled horrendous and the trash was overflowing into the floor with used paper towels. So upset. the normal employees are incredible and don’t charge for things NOT LISTED AS A CHARGE. I come here 2-4 times every week. I go today and she tries to give me one scoop of rice for a bowl… when it is normally 2 full scoops. I mentioned that and she had an attitude. I then said cheese and she did the smallest sprinkle. when I asked for more she gave me attitude and barely put anymore on there. she then proceeded to charge me for extra cheese. in my two years of coming here i’ve NEVER had that happen. I told them that and they argued with me! like excuse you? they then said it’s because they were from the dalton store. like i don’t care. treat us how we deserve to be treated as customers. and don’t try changing how EVERYTHING has been for years without making a sign or something letting people know. very disappointed and most likely will not be coming here until these “dalton”...

The atmosphere of this place is rather nice though there's nothing that is per sé magical. It's a lovely place to hang with some friends or get dinner with family. The burritos are very large and packed full of your chosen ingredients. The food is rich and filling though there's not much else to it. The employees are typically pretty nice. They also served some fine chips with queso and or/avocado should you choose. Overall for the money its a nice and filling meal. P.S. I am a very big eater for whatever reason, and often get 2 burgers whenever I go to a burger joint along with some fries, but a packed burrito and chips here is almost too much unless I'm very hungry.
