World Duty Free — Local services in Romulus

This people should train they workers more cause of one of the employees I lost my fly coming home . They were 3 people trying to figure out the transaction and end up with more mistakes. After I went to my gate and see that my airplane was gone I confront them Talk to the manager and instead of listen to me she's was counting the money on the register and then just very careless I wouldn't recommend to buy on this store they very incompetent ..... and they don't know what they doing Good luck dury free problem free.... I hope they change the...

I purchased a very expensive Montblanc pen while hanging out in the airport waiting on a delayed flight. I am a collector of these beautiful writing instruments. I got a good deal buying the pen initially, however when I returned home I noticed a problem with the item. The manager Jeff did everything possible to resolve a difficult situation. At the end of the day I feel it was resolved equitably and promptly. I would not hesitate to do business with them again...

Prices are very expensive for being "duty free" more like a candy store with mostly candy. The liquor section is not well stocked at all. Yes they do have to show off bottles worth $4999 and up, gearing towards the high end millionaires who hardly travel through DTW. The sales staff is friendly however. For being an airport duty free they have no aircraft oriented watches. No Breitlings, no Citizen...
