The 3 ladies working 8/1 at this location… terrible attitudes, smug, and were very curt with every single customer. Mind you yes it was 5 am and maybe 10-15 people in line but everyone was quiet , small conversations here and there. No one was being loud or obnoxious. I placed my order I was also going to take over and pay for my friends order and before I could finish, The lady cut my order processed it for tap and yelled,NEXT…. I was literally still at the counter, And thankfully, the person behind me was my friend and we signal to each other to just move on, But we noticed that they would do this with every customer before they even really finish talking they would cut the order to process and yell next. We did get some hot coffees dropped off at the counter, and since it was kind of crowded, we asked another one of the ladies working if we could get the sleeves since they were very hot and she pointed at a section over by the register that didn’t really seem accessible, rolled her eyes and said yeah they’re over there And walked off. Thankfully, this young lady customer noticed what happened reached over-the-counter to get the sleeves and handed them to us and said sorry about that and I told her it’s OK honey. It’s not your fault. And then to top it off something as simple as two grande caramel macchiato’s came out disgusting bitter, and we ended up having to toss him out, even after we tried to fix them with extra cream and sugar from one of the other restaurants that finally opened up. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. We both travel for work and have over 20 years of customer experience, working face-to-face with clients and we all know better in this industry that even if you’re having a bad day, even if you don’t wanna be there, it is not the customers fault you’re in...
Read moreDidnt expect this from Starbucks, Dunkin yeah, Not Starbucks..... Near Gate A24 Just left Starbucks and what an event it was! So... first I order a Venti Iced London Fog Latte with Oatmilk. Then I was told there isn't any Oatmilk. Ok no worries, I then ask for any Almond. The young lady making the drink has no idea what it is. (Maybe she is new, its not overly popular) The young lady asked 2 different people how to make it. She then makes a Hot latte I then ask her if she can make it Iced, that's how I ordered it. She says ok, then goes to ask someone how does she make it Iced. I'm getting annoyed but again maybe it's her first day! The drink is then made. The young lady didn't have enough room for my ice, so she proceeded to pour out 1/4 of the drink to "make room for the ice." I told her because she poured out some of what I paid for I didnt want it. She then tells me she only poured out a little bit. I asked again for another drink, preferably something the employees know how to make. Another lady comes over. I ask for something the with caffeine, Iced and with non dairy Creamer. I was offered a Chai..... I ended up with a coffee or espresso I'm not sure which drink. Needless to say im nit sure what im drinking. I'd expect this from Dunkins...
Read moreThis Starbucks doesnt properly clean (the inside) of their espresso machine. I ordered a specialty drink with two shots of espresso, but I received a cup of sweetened milk. Thinking it was an error, I politely asked them to remake it. It felt like I was inconveniencing the barista's life. She intentionally poured out my coffee with a huff and made another order. The second drink was just as bad. I then asked for two extra shots of espresso, thinking they would make my coffee tatse good. I SAW them press the button for two shots of espresso, but I was handed less than an ounce of coffee. This is when I knew the machine hadnt been cleaned internally recently, or at all...
