I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that I feel compelled to share it. I’ve worked in the tech industry for 15 years, and I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional and drawn-out process for a simple computer repair.
As a software professional, replacing laptop screens isn’t my expertise, so I decided to try this shop for my client’s laptop. Initially, things seemed fine. The screen replacement was completed, and they identified broken hinges, recommending a re-casing. My client agreed, and we waited for the replacement case to arrive—a delay I completely understood, as it was shipping from overseas.
But once the case arrived, the situation went downhill. I brought the laptop back for the re-casing, and what should have been a straightforward repair spiraled into months of excuses, delays, and outright negligence. Over weeks, I made countless calls checking in, only to be told repeatedly that it was “almost done.” Each promise of completion—a week, a weekend, the next day—came and went without any follow-through. Even after I informed them I was leaving the country, they failed to complete the job as promised, leaving my client and me frustrated and in the dark.
When I returned, the excuses piled up: they were busy, answering calls all day, dealing with family emergencies. While I understand life happens, dragging out a simple repair for months is completely unacceptable. My client’s patience ran out, and even after direct communication with the shop, the delays continued. When the repair was finally “completed,” the owner revealed they had broken the Wi-Fi antenna during the process. To make matters worse, the power cord I originally provided wasn’t returned with the laptop.
This entire ordeal—from poor communication to broken promises to outright incompetence—was beyond frustrating.
My advice? Skip this shop entirely and head to Eugene or Medford. To the owners: if you want your business to succeed, start by being transparent and hiring sufficient staff. Treating your customers’ time and devices with respect will lead to positive reviews and more business—something this shop desperately needs.

They explained to me they have to ship them off and have a third party solder the board and it would take a week. Dropped off iPad’s on a Wednesday expecting to hear back by the following Wednesday or Thursday. Nothing, I call on that Friday and they were not ready and they said i could pick up on Saturday. Show up on Saturday and the iPad's were ready but filthy still had glue all over them, finger prints all over the screen so i asked for a rag to wipe them off. Once they were clean i noticed there was glue finger prints under the screen, a crack, dust, and hairs. They blamed the glue they use and said they could have them cleaned up and fixed by the next Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes and still didn't hear back from them so had to call them once again. Go in the next day they are ready but when I turned them on, one of the screens was broken. When I asked about it, they proceed to tell me one of the screens is ruined and they had to order a replacement. If I hadn’t found the issue, would they have said anything?? On top of, that the other iPad still had particles under the screen. I requested they please clean the food or dust chunks from under the screen again. Another week passes and 1 iPad is finally clean under the screen. Get home and now that iPad just keeps restarting. They ended up replacing the screen of the broken one as they said they would and the other stopped randomly restarting. So they get two stars for actually fixing the original issue, the charging ports and keeping their word on fixing the screen they broke. After I pay they tell me it will be a few days shipping never contacted me so I called after a few days they said delaid shipping. It will be a few more days. No call after a few days so I call again. They said it arrived 2 days ago they will have it don't that day.. never called me so I called again the next day and they said it will be done and ready in a couple hours..they call back for once and inform me they broke the rear class of my phone so it will be another day or 2 for shipping for new part cost on them. No call for 3 days... so I call again and they said delaid shipping . About 4 more days go by I call them again they said it's going to be done by 2 ish. I come in and get it about 145. Said to the guy in the back just take off the clamp the clue should be fine gave me my phone get home and the back glass glue was not fine now I have it with the back glass...
