Sewing Bee — Local services in Roseburg

I've been in here twice and both times I was promptly greeted by the staff. They were very knowledgeable about the problems I was having with my sewing machine and was able to fix it much faster than I was expecting (the second time it was done before I left). Each time I was in they also helped me by teaching me what I can do to avoid causing my machine to mess up and thus help save me money in future repairs. They also carry a great selection of both new and used machines for every experience level. We stopped in here to look at sewing machines. Alice was very helpful. She showed us what the machines could do. The one we were interested in, she sat down and demonstrated everything it would do. She then offered us $75 off if we purchased that day. Alas, we weren't ready to by that day because this machine was to be a birthday present for the next month. We came back on my birthday and they did not have the machine in stock. We ordered it and got a $140 off discount. Mike did all he could to help us out. Very nice and friendly...

Unbelievable- talked to so called owner and told we could trade in our Riccard which is in perfect condition for a new cannister vacuum that wasn't in stock but coming in for $249.00. He did say we could probably make an even swap out. Said I had to call back and talk to his partner. Called back and upcharged the cost of the new vacuum by $100 and not interested in our Riccard. Very poor business. Never recommend....
