The manager/cook and employee Robert are very unprofessional. I waited more than an hour at the drive through, the place was dirty, I had already payed, I haven't received my food, so I asked for a refund. The manager stated angrily... " No, because I'm the only cook at this shift right now and there is a wait time of 30-45 minutes. We get our food however, not the ice coffee. The manager/cook yells at me... " I already gave you your ice coffee and I'm not going to give you another one!" Which was a false statement... I told him, look I have my receipt there is no ice coffee in the car. He kept yelling at me to the point he got so angry that he threw hambugers and fries on the floor! I couldn't even believe it! They gave me my ice coffee however, due to their anger and body language I was under the impression my food wasn't safe. This behavior is unacceptable, I waited over an hour, I waisted $12.81 for food that didn't even looked appealing, I had to throw my food in the trash due to the unsafe environment and horrible customer service. Read moreI am tired of this location. Every single time we order here, it takes forever and/or the order is wrong. Twice I have ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich. It’s on the menu. I even found a picture of it. It’s just a breakfast jack with sourdough instead of a bun. The first time, they gave me a loaded sourdough sandwich but it had a bun on one side and sourdough on the other. WTH the next time they got one piece of ham and two pieces of cheese on sourdough. The charged us for a sourdough ham melt which is what I got. But it’s not what I ordered. This location doesn’t know what’s on their menu and they argue with you about what you are ordering. And you don’t know it’s wrong until you go home and unwrap your food when you get home. I shouldn’t have to tell you how to make a sandwich that is on your menu. If I knew I had to wait so long in the drive thru I would not have pressed the button to start my order. Now my milkshakes will be melted and my food will be cold.
Food is cold, and I couldn't get the shakes I ordered either. Waited an hour in the drive thru line only to be told that my order could not be completed and I had to get a refund through the app, which the app has no option. I have given up on every fast food restaurant in Rosenberg and Jack in The Box was the last one that I had hope in but now I can't even go there. This is beyond frustrating.
