Tortas Las Llardas — Restaurant in Rosenberg

We moved here not to long ago and I wanted to try this place out. I called to place an order. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. I'm driving there at the same time so I hang up and try to call 3 more times and it sounded busy. I get there and call 2 more times while I'm parked right in front of the door and still busy. None of the employees were on the phone. I go in and ask if their phone is off the hook. She goes and "checks" and hangs it up and says no. I proceed to order and my price for a torta is $10 when online it's $6. I told her of the price online and she said they had made the change online a long time ago. So I pull it up and she said "oh, I'll let the manager know" I asked to speak to the manager then and they said the manager wasn't there!! What establishment doesn't have a manager in store? I pay, I ask how long and they said 12 minutes. I come to the truck and my bf saw everything that happened so he said no, we're getting a refund. He goes in and they said the food was done so we couldn't get the refund. It had been only about a minute that passed. But I got told 12 minutes. This place is ridiculous! The food here must be great however our experience would not allow us to get to that point. We came a weekday evening and unfortunately the music was too loud for us to be able to hear the young lady trying to take our order. I can tell she was annoyed by us as we are English speakers and are not strong Spanish speakers. We were back and forth with communication issues tied to the inability to hear her. Once we got our order down, and it was time to pay there was an up charge for using a card. I objected to that because I've never heard of a restaurant that does that. That comes from like sketchy gas station so I questioned it and she pointed to a sign that was on the glass that separated us. I told her it's in Spanish I don't understand this and she said no it's in English but the sign was clearly in full Spanish. I asked for a refund and they cleared my order. Called in an order of 3 Carne Guisada tortillas with bean and cheese. Not sure of the womans name but she told me they cant do 3. Its 2 or 4, so i ordered 4. Then when she read back my order to me she said " 4 beef fajita tacos" , I told her no it was carne guisada. Her reply was "beef fajita is carne guisada" said politely ok and continued with my order. Long story short i ended up with beef fajita street tacos.... then when i brought the order back after picking it up. Trying to be polite and understanding that there just must have been miscommunication, I repeated again my order that i wanted. She then replied "oh no we dont make carne guisada, we only do asada". But it was literally just the other day that my boyfriend and I ordered guisada tacos. Now im a reasonable person, but that just made no sense to me.... idk if the cook didnt know how to make it or if they were just being lazy. Either way, to have someone pay for an order that they dodnt ask for and then not fix it...
