I was enrolled in the SPT course. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to Dorsey. The first two modules were fantastic, but the third moderator was ill-prepared and put us in a position where we were struggling with assignments. She was teaching us as though we were in a surgical technician course, which we weren't, and it was difficult; we were told we had a final when we hadn't completed any work during the first few weeks of class, which was annoying. I kept emailing Todd and Danielle Fuqay, but I never heard back.

The capstone project is here, and the instructor had no communication. She called during the final week of finals and said she had attempted to reach me. I told her that this was the first call I had ever received, and I asked when she would unlock the missed assignments. She replied that she doesn't accept late assignments, so I asked why I figured she would. This teacher has posted attendance questions, late assignments well as assignments , and made an announcement that she forgot. How can you not comprehend your students? When I talked to the dean, she went into further detail about the scenario while maintaining a nasty demeanor, saying that the instructor doesn't need to say anything about it and can manage her class whatever she pleases. If she chooses to do so, she is simply being kind. Additionally, this instructor has a history of acting in the same way toward past students. After talking with her and receiving no answers, I'm going ahead and contacting the Better Business Bureau and Financial Aid. Despite my repeated emails, they never answered or addressed any of my concerns.

Because everyone else has conducted the course in the same way, we didn't think otherwise or were informed it’s affecting everyone in the course; we're all missing assignments, just as she forgot to upload stuff and waited days later, but the class expectations should be communicated by the instructor, as I explained to the dean and other students can attest to. Don't waste your time students. This program enforces different programs for students after they have completed dorsey programs. This is how they are wasting students money. You must pass the program with a mastery level of 7 or 8 twice or you will not be able to sit and take your boards even if you have passed the green light test. They donot tell students about the exams you must pass at the end to meet their requirments. I feel very cheated and looking into a lawyer I wasted over $10,000 its all about a check to them. Go be great somewhere else y'all this school is a complete lie they play favoritism and if your not the favorite you not gone make it at this school. By the way the program every student must pass twice is called passpoint very impossible program to pass at a mastery level not once but twice. I don't recommend anyone coming to this location either from my experience the teachers are not helpful and talk about other students and other students do get bullied, and I'm not sure about the other locations but the ROSEVILLE LOCATION IS NOT GOOD ,it's pretty sad the online teachers are more helpful than the other teachers on campus I'm not saying all the teachers are bad but Mrs Mani if you get her I would change immediately, she had the nerve to ask my mother if I had mental problems because I was getting frustrated because she wasn't helping me and making me feel stupid but if other students would ask for help she wouldn't especially if there driving her home they get extra attention.
