I visited the store today on their second day open. While they are still getting setup and bringing in stock, they've made a promising start. They have a large event space that was already being used (maybe 1/3 of all available space) and carry some of the major things you'd expect: MtG, DnD, Pokemon, accessories like dice and card sleeves, miniatures (GW and Crisis Protocol, mainly), and some more recent board game releases. I'm looking forward to making this my go-to store.
Edit: visited again on 6/2/23 and they have a ton more stock out. The owner said he's even getting more wall hardware for the rest. Really recommend visiting especially since they already have events going!
Edit: as of 5/29/24, I've been going every 1-3 weeks since opening, and it's still only...
Read morethe staff here is really nice. The store has a wide selection of games, RPG books, trading cards, & minis. They have a large play area in the back and many tables. Rough estimation at least 50 people can fit back there. I was there at a busy tournament night and it did not feel cramped. plenty of room for everyone to play.
Again, the staff is very friendly. Be sure to check the event calendar. I hope to be a regular here. The store is near the original malt shop, so one can get a malt to go and then settle in at Dreamers Vault Roseville for a fun evening of gaming...

Every Dreamers Vault I've been to has the same issues: Minis and paints being out of stock is normal, TCG packs don't have clear prices so you have to ask every time, and a lot of packs have a bit of a premium price over what you can find elsewhere.
Overall still highly recommend them. They also have a great buy rate for Magic cards if you do store credit. Store credit can be used on their site Lotus Vault and you can have card orders shipped to the nearest store...
