I do not recommend doing business with Herman’s whatsoever. This business takes zero pride and zero accountability for their work. Just had my silver bracelet clasp repaired 7 days prior to it breaking again. Took my bracelet back to Herman’s today, was told that it would be a $10 charge for the repair, and that the clasp broke as a result of how I wear it, again, that clasp was just repaired a week prior to it breaking again. I was charged $5 for the initial repair, then today was told that it would be an inconsistent charge of $10. I highly recommend that you take your business and money elsewhere where you will be treated fairly and valued as a customer. My family has spent thousands with Herman’s and referred many as well. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. MAINLY THE PEOPLE THERE. I SHOP THERE FOR ALL OF MY JEWELRY, MOSTLY MY PANDORA NEEDS AND THEY ARE SO PATIENT AND KIND. THEY MAKE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE.
