The door chimed upon entering the store, and as we were looking at the chairs and beds they had positioned near the front, the door kept making a noise. They asked us to move away from the door because it counts the chimes as customers entering the store. Why would you position products you want to sell in range of the door sensor and shoo your customers away from products they might be interested in buying? When a worker came by and directed us away from the door to a bed we weren't very interested in to begin with, he went on a 15 minute spiel about the bed and sleeping positions. Not terrible information, but clearly an underlying motive to sell the bed because it was catered to the bed type he took us to. When asked if we were interested in buying that day, we said no and we were only just starting our mattress search. He did not like that answer as he was clearly set on trying to get us to walk out with a sale that day. After his spiel, he asked us again if we were interested in the mattress. When we said no for the second time, he brought us to the back of the store to show us a different mattress and said if we bought it that day, he would give us a "great deal on it". When we said we weren't buying that day for the THIRD TIME, he seemed annoyed and dismissed us for other customers.
That specific sales guy was EXTREMELY pushy and would not take no for an answer. He did seem knowledgeable, but it was an uncomfortable and prolonged experience when we were just browsing for what type of bed we wanted. He clearly had certain mattresses he wanted to sell because he only talked about 2 brands when they have many in the store.

Sometimes I donât even want to get out of bed itâs so comfy. I canât believe how this has changed my life. And yes, I do force myself out to go to work but every night I fall back into it and fall asleep grateful. Oh and waking up? No hip or back pain anymoreâŚ. Best $$ Iâve ever spent.
After 16 years of having the same mattress and waking up with aches and pains, we decided that it was time for a new mattress. We went to other mattress stores and though the staff were okay, it was Mancini's service that really set them apart. Ron helped us out by listening to our needs then provided us with a Tempur-Pedic experience. That brand of mattress was on the short list but I also wanted to explore other options. They had a big selection of mattresses in their showroom. Ron suggested that we try each mattress for a few minutes, which we did and he left us to explore on our own with no pressure. In the end we did choose the Tempur-Pedic Adapt Pro mattress. Delivery was super fast, got it the next morning. The delivery guys were great, took our old mattress away!
