Clean store. Samples were available, but we're a room temperature to say the least. The music (why they had in store music is beyond me seeing a large amount of Law Enforcement in the area) was way too load that I couldn't hear myself to think about my order drink. The customer service were friendly and greeted us with smiles. Our orders was done quickly making sure that out time there seemed somewhat enjoyable. Our drinks in my opinion needed more ice and out ice cream to make it a smoothie, insted I thought it was just a drink. Bad experience at this location for me and my family.
I was asked how they can improve. First let me say, thank you for responding back to me. I would like to recommend the following. Reduce the music volume inside the store to where the music is playing but it does not disturbe your customer. This should encourage your customer to stay longer which would make the customer want to by more of your product. On free samples. Don't leave samples out to melt due to the room temperature. Insted announce the sample and have it in a cooler ready when inquired or offered for your customer. This little cool sample of the product that you are selling can give the clients and idea what's to come when they order...
Read moreWe LOVE Jamba juice but had the worst experience at this location. The cashier tried so hard to ring up the promotion of the day and kept asking the manager for help. The manager (Willow) was clearly agitated. There was a problem with the system.
Well in addition to this, I had a 3$ reward for being a Jamba member. We get Jamba for out family of 4 all the time! I hit the button to use it and then there was another problem. Willow came over, printed a paper copy, said two discounts cannot be used in the same transaction.
My husband proceeded to ask why and if not could we have it back on our account instead of a paper copy. Willow rolled her eyes and walked away. I am in complete shock! I have never seen an employee do that before. It was a simple matter, it should have been fixed or made right. The disrespect was what made this review.
I feel bad for the cashier who was super nice and had to beg for help. Clearly Willow was having a bad day, but to take it out on employees and a family, come on! She's a manager and in my opinion managagers should lead by example and her walking away while rolling her eyes is...
Read moreI've had multiple problems with this location such and getting drinks wrong, not knowing how to place an order simply when I call over the phone to come pick it up, but this one is why I decided to get the word out. I went in side to order an island pitaya bowl and asked for no Bananas mixed it with it or on top because I'm severly allergic. Then failed to tell me that they had run out of bowls and that it would be in a cup. When I got it in the cup it wasn't nearly as much as they put in a bowl and there was bananas on top of the bowl and mixed into the smoothie. How are you supposed to think that I will be okay with that?! They did nothing to accommodate and they didn't give me my money back. So I got something I couldn't even eat..don't waist your money here like I have done...
