3/30/24- 2:36 PM. I walked in and was greeted by Rock. He was happy as could be. Then a few minutes after Jonathon came over and said hi. Both boys had been helping customers as they walked in.
I needed time as we don't have your store in Indiana. I like many customers behind me went in for the Easter donuts on sale. They did not have any. They could not substitute the promo with a different variety. Some customers left. I stayed because Rock and Jonathon offered me great customer service.
When I said I had a problem it's because the promotion was not met. As a previous District Manager in retail this falls in the hands of the owner or management, not the employees. I know this so my review is Highly Satisfied.
When I said I may return in 30 days is because I go home April 15 and it's a long drive for me. If I lived here this would be my shop.
I want to give Ariana working the register for her help and being friendly. She helped several customers before me and everyone left happy.
I hope you recognize Rock, Jonathon and Ariana for their positive attitude and great customer service handling all those who went in for the Easter promotion. They made a huge change in my opinion the way they handled the situation they were put in.
All I can say is plan ahead and make more 🍩 Remind customers or offer them a free glaze while they wait or buy two dozens. Nice treat for the road 😋

Read moreLet me start by saying the product is great! I just had a bad customer service experience. I made my first trip to Krispy Kreme recently and was very unhappy with my experience. I arrived and saw that the drive through line was long, so decided to go inside and order instead. What I saw was a long line inside as well. I do not mind waiting in line as long as it feels like the employees are doing all they can to ensure the customer gets in and out in a timely matter. I wasn't sure how it worked but decided to get in line. I began to wait while noticing that several employees behind the counter were not acting professional at all. At one point the people around me and I, thought they just stopped serving people because no one was behind the register trying to help the long line. Mean while the two gentlemen that were running the drive through continued to not help even when they had no cars. They were just horsing around. One of them was slouching on the computer as if they were slow. Not once did anyone communicate with the line saying we will be right with you, sorry about the wait.. we ran out of doughnuts... nothing. I got to the front to notice there are NO doughnuts in the glass case. OK... so a dozen glaze please, sorry mam your going to have to wait. All and all great product horrible service....

I even recommended this location specifically because of how I remember it from a couple months ago.We came in on an afternoon and surprisingly there are NO CUSTOMERS but there were napkins spread out all over the tables and the manager is sitting having a meeting in one of the tables. I was excited with the new easter flavors and I asked the blacl haired girl in braids how much the deals were and she just stayed quiet and said theyre either 20 or priced individually. I didn’t feel like I was being helped andshe just stood there waiting for me to decide even though I had so many questions.She wasnt even smiling andmade us feel like we should leave. I didnt remember the store being this cold and empty before. The donuts were also notmoist and not as fresh as I remember them to be anymore. It’s such a shame. The mini easter donuts were dry and old. We paid alot of money for KK because we expected the quality to be better than any other donut shop but the service andthe food today did not match up to our expectations. My boyfriend did not want to go back to the store anymore. I never really write bad reviews but I had to because I feel very sad of the change.
