I cant say ive ever had an outstanding experience at this store. I mostly sell when I go in, and most of the time the experience is average. When i do have problems theyre pretty bad..but first, I hate their "older styles" reason for not buying. How many of their customers actually think about how old the shirt is before buying it? And how many people actually know how to check the labels for dates? If its cute, and in good condition or still has tags on it.... who cares if its a 4yr old shirt? Even if its a nwt, solid color, v-neck, banana republic..if its from 2012 they dont want it. One time i brought clothes in & the girl didnt show me the bin of what they bought just said "3 items for $15". When i got home i noticed there were 5 things gone. 3 shirts, a $50 pair of Ruffhewn boots, and a $105 pair of jeans NWT. When i called them the same day they said they had the jeans but had to look for the boots, but insisted everything was paid for. Then why was i told an incorrect # of items when she paid me? Isnt it right infront of you on the computer?? They gave me 24hrs to BUY BACK the boots and jeans that i dont believe i ever received $ for anyway, especially since i only got $15 that visit. And apparently the boots and jeans counted for $12 of the $15 which means i only got $1 per shirt. Another time i had my boyfriend bring my clothes in for me. The store was dead and she said it would only be about a 15min wait. So he went and sat down in the store for 15mins. He said he didnt even see her go through it. He went up to the counter after 15mins to ask her when she'd get to it, and she said "we're you waiting in here?! Im sorry, i forgot." And grabbed a single item on the top of the bag and...

Not only are their sales people SUPER RUDE but they practice False Advertising! They advertise, "WE ARE BUYING CLOTHING NOW!" What a lie!!!! On 3 separate occasions I have brought clothing to them, not girls clothing which they have an abundance of but boys clothes, which they need. Each time they reject most of the clothes with a string of very poor excuses. These are all name brands and I never bring in anything that is faded, ripped, worn or even looks in bad condition. Strange thing is I have looked at much of the clothes on the racks and have found things that are faded. worn, torn, piled from countless washings, or just looks like its been worn for several years and never taken care of. I am done with this store, well this chain of stores.....3 strikes and you're out! I have seen them do this to countless other people, keep it up and you won't have any customers left! Let me also say that I have been to 3 different stores to sell clothes thinking I might have a better experience at another store.....WRONG!!!!! I always bring in all the clothes nicely folded and get them back in a wrinkled pile.....these people are not only lazy and rude but also disrespectful.....the least you could do is fold the clothes back nicely. I hope this post helps to deter someone else from thinking they can bring in clothes to sell. Stay away from this store and all their stores! There are many other good consignment stores that don't have rude sales people and poor...

I've been to many locations in several states and the clothes selection is not that great most of the time and the customer service is always terrible. I brought clothes to several Louisville, KY locations and none accepted any of myou clothes. I tried to bring in some clothes yesterday to the Coon Rapids location and they gave me a 25 minute wait time and said they'd write my name on the board when they were done. I came back after 25 minutes and my name wasn't on the board. It wasn't until I had waited an hour I finally went up to ask about it and they said my clothes were ready 50 minutes ago and they didn't take anything. Today I took another bunch of clothes to the Roseville location and was told there would be an hour and a half wait. I went and got some things done, came back in an hour and they said they couldn't take anything I brought in, again. This store constantly wastes people's time and, as someone who has worked in retail for many years and values customer service, the employees are always rude and unprofessional. I will most likely never shop at this store again since every time I try to give them another try they always disappoint. Not worth the time.

Edit: I would also like to add that the Coon Rapids location denied my clothes because they claimed they were worn and out of style, when I found the exact same vest in store as what I was trying to sell and there were several pair of boots on the shelves that had soles...
