CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Ross Township

I have been prescribed the same medicines from the same doctor for about 2 years. I get the same medicine prescribed in two separate doses. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME I pick up these medicines I get questioned by the pharmacy staff even though I have asked them to document this in my records. They always say they are going to document it yet, they never do. This is very frustrating. It shows that you do not pay attention to your customers and you also do not pay attention to the prescribing doctor (who prescribed the medicines at the same time on the same day.) ALSO, every time I go I ask to not put any of my medicines on auto refill but you still do. I do not like the annoying phone calls and texts from your company bothering me about this. PLEASE get someone to pay more attention to these details. Your phone calls and texts border on harassment and I sometimes have other people pick up my medicines. I tried to use the restroom here (8/23 around 10:30am), and as soon as I opened the bathroom door it reeked of pee SO BAD that I couldn't bring myself to even walk inside. I went to tell the front clerk (politely...) that the restroom was not in a usable state because of the strong pee smell, and he said "That's normal for Merrillville"..... No, actually, it's not. Went through drive-thru at CVS to pick a prescription up and asked for some generic Claritin, the lady said she could get me regular Claritin in the drive-thru but not generic and I would need to come into the store to get the generic. There’s no reason to inconvenience a customer like that. This isn’t the first time they have done something like this but it will be the last time they do this to me I’ll move my prescription’s to Walgreens they treat me...
