Wow I was just at Fannie Mae's and bought $140 worth of Dixies. Veronica and her staff are the BEST. I have visited this store several times and everyone is always AWESOME. Veronica told me about the specials and was just GREAT. I live in Indianapolis and but travel to Chicago on Business quite often. There's a Fannie Mae's near my home in Greenwood Indiana but most of the stores near me are always out. That's why I go to the Merrillville Location because they're always fully stocked. Known for it's great tasting candy, it makes a perfect gift too. Nearly at the end of my trip to Indiana, I needed a gift for several people that took care of my place & cat while I was gone. I went in for 3 lbs of hand packed candy and then whatever I was going to get. I was told that if I got 2 lbs of previously boxed mix of candy and a box of mint meltaways that I would have everything I had wanted at a much cheaper price. The Merrillville location will definitely be my go to store going forward! I visited this store the day before Mother's Day and Sylvia was absolutely AMAZING 👏!!! She was very patient and took her time with each customer ensuring that all had a positive experience. Sylvia recommended a few different selections of chocolates that I hadn't tried yet, as well as recommendations for the women I was purchasing gifts for.
