LaShunn is a wonderful hairdresser and stylist!

For years I managed (or might I say neglected) my hair at home. I even attempted to do a chemical treatment on my own head of hair. Needless to say by the time I found LaShunn , my hair was in a veeeery bad state, and at this point I was also pretty embarrassed by how my hair looked and felt.

When I found her shop, it had just closed, but when I called, she was sweet enough to return and give me a consultation.

After a discussion, LaShunn assessed my hair and we decided on course of action. She was never pushy and very sweet and encouraging about the state of my hair.

By the end of my appointment- it looked like I had a brand new head of hair. Thank you LaShunn! My hair honestly has not been this healthy in years.

I’ve been going to La’Carter Hair since I was a little girl, and if consistency was a person it would be Ms. Lashawn. The lady doesn’t miss! She has taken care of my hair through it being damaged all the way to it’s healthiest state, while also creating a welcoming atmosphere for all women of all ages groups. I always enjoy getting my hair done by this queen from the moment she touches my head till the moment she turns me toward the mirror & make sure each strand of hair is in place. I was very thankful that Ms Lashunn was able to get me in at the last minute. I struggled searching for a good natural stylist and I am so happy I found her. VERY knowledgeable and talented. She educated me on my natural hair throughout servicing me and when I tell you her scalp detox treatment is thee absolute BEST. This was the best silk press I've ever gotten and I am so thankful. My hair is in an extremely healthy state now thanks to Lashunn. This was an amazing experience for me! I will be back...
