Philly Steak & Lemonade — Restaurant in Ross Township

I'm highly upset with how they run their business. I ordered a gyro plate meal and it was suppose to be delivered but I never received it at all. Two hours later I finally call their business back and let the lady know that I hadn't received my food. So she begins to tell me the driver said he called me multiple times when he didn't my phone never rang. He claims he rang my bell but it never was ranged. The manager or whoever was in charge never came to the phone to fix or handle the situation. Instead the lady who takes orders and the driver just began to argue with me over the phone about him supposedly calling me when he never did. As of today I will never go to or order from this establishment ever again. What happened was uncaused for. I should print out my call log and take it up there just so they can see that the driver never called me...

Have ordered several times, always a problem with order, this time ordered over an hour ago still no delivery so we call back to be told food hadn't even been made yet. Most unprofessional workers and manager I've ever dealt with. Manager did nothing to rectify the issue and said it would be another hour, meanwhile hungry children waiting. We will NEVER order from this business again and i advise you to find someplace else to get your dinner from that is at the least more professional. Will be telling everyone i know not to deal with this business. Unfortunately there is no negative star rating because whomever gave this place 4 1/2 stars is full of $#;€ Ordered again on 2/10/18 same issues again and forgot half the damn order everyon deserves a second chance, not a 5th!...

Going in here later at night on the weekends is always a fun thing because there aren't many restaurants close by that are still open as late. It's interesting to see because even at that time of night they're usually popping with business! There's something to say about places like this and the energy you get when 'going out'

The food is fantastic! One of my favorite philly steaks ever, and I've had them all across the country! The 'cherry on top' about this establishment is the lemonade. I usually go for strawberry or cherry, but highly recommend trying it out! Even though philly's aren't necessary a 'Chicagoland' thing, this place speaks Chicago to me and I find myself having to go back...
