Taco Tia — Restaurant in Ross Township

COLD FOOD. DIRTY EVERYTHING The guy who started Taco Bell started this Taco Tia in California… expect the same. Ordered enchilada. Smallest EVER. Rice was dry. Beans were good.tacos had dry crunchy pork meat loaded with grease. The food questionable. Also the lines to the drinks were dirty and strong nasty 🤢 bacteria taste. There wasn’t any clean table … place was empty with food and garbage on the floor. I did not see anyone wash their hands. I liked the food at first but a dirt ball from the front window vents, landed in my food! so I stopped eating. When we got home we got sick 🤢 I’m shocked because even though the enchilada was tiny, it tasted good. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if they cleaned it up clean the lines to the fountain drinks. And wash their hands more I don’t think we’ll be going back unfortunately.. not after getting sick They had good prices, but not good enough to make us sick. Shame, the place has potential but needs sanitized and cleaned up. Please wash your hands. They do have an adjoining restaurant that has other food in it but that’s where the dirty lines to the fountain drinks were. I thought I found the perfect place, but sadly nothing was wiped down in the table was sticky. The cheese they use is very fresh for lettuce and tomato very fresh. -but it made me sick. Everyone who ate there got sick and I did notice one man put his hand inside the cup that we ate out of. I don’t think I’ll visit either establishment because we got sick. They did have comfortable seating. They were very polite, but most of the menu was in Spanish, the English menu kept flashing to fast to read it all. It’s very authentic has a nice look to it, I just can’t believe the food made us sick and the tacos pork tacos for dry it out. Ever seen it enchilada without red sauce on top.? COLD FOOD. DIRTY. This would be my first and I lived in Texas The seating is comfortable they are very polite and they do speak English. I thought I found my new restaurant but unfortunately it made us sick. Sorry taco Tia for having to leave this review. Please clean the lines to the fountain...

I ordered about $50 worth of food from this place for my family's dinner tonight. My daughters and I ate there. They put onions on my daughter's tacos when I didn't order them this way but I just told her to pick them off and eat the tacos... which she did. I got a burrito (to go) for my husband and asked for no tomato and no lettuce... when I got home (5.6 miles away) my husband picked apart this whole thing. He couldn't eat it because they put the tomatoes and lettuce on it. I called them about it and the girl I ordered from lied to her boss (in Spanish) saying I didn't ask for those things to be taken off and I asked her why she wasn't being honest because my daughter was standing right there when I ordered. At first they were going to credit me another burrito,,, which would have resolved the issue for me because I could stop there on my way home from work tomorrow afternoon and get him another one for lunch... but then they asked me to bring the remainder of the burrito with me... seriously??? So now I've got to tote a soggy smelly burrito in my car all day,,, and I transport people in my vehicle... no thanks. So then she says well then we'll only credit you half the burrito. But umnn...I paid full price. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I get it that people make mistakes,,, but lying and being unreasonable aren't mistakes... it's just bad business. I won't be returning to this place... we're just gonna stick to our favorite go to...La...

Extremely disappointed in the terrible customer service and unprofessional attitude presented by the staff and management. Every Monday for months I have ordered a decent amount of food from there for myself and the other bar patrons as well as bartender at the dawghouse pub and the quality started off with a bang but became increasingly disappointed. Wanted to give the benefit of the doubt just to have our order made incorrectly as well as the staff member who took the order apparently heard incorrectly but tool it upon themselves to basically say not their problem so while half the guests were able to eat, the other half were missing food or stuck with incorrect items. Thanks for letting us know you're not worth the benefit of the doubt and you have officially lost all of our business, including the bars! 100% recommend taco depot....way better food and service.
