If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a small, pink rose teacup bouquet to be delivered and got a call the next day saying that they do not carry the teacup. I asked if I would get more flowers as compensation, and she said, "We'll make it pretty, don't worry." So, I agreed. Come to find out, they changed every single flower in the bouquet to a very bland and generic arrangement, but they did give me "better quality, more expensive red roses," so they did me "a favor." However, the small bouquet I ordered was made even smaller than the picture, but, again, they "did me a favor" by even delivering it, because they generally don't deliver bouquets less than $40 (though they are completely offered online). I'd like to mention that no where online does it say anything about not delivering orders less than $40, and the bouquet I ordered was literally called the "Pink Roses Teacup Bouquet" with no warning that you may not receive the flowers in the picture. On the other hand, it explicitly details exactly which flowers you will receive. Obviously there will be some changes, but she received a bland white and red display. Also, I told them that there were no warning, not online or when they phoned me, and that they should put their delivery preferences and not market things they don't have, and she very rudely informed me that it wasn't their fault, it was Teleflora's because they just automatically put things on their site. I told them that perhaps they should monitor their site better, and she told me, essentially, that they do their best. I buy flowers all the time, and these were literally the WORST people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. I am absolutely not a rude person, either, I have worked several retail management jobs and I understand, but this level of deceit and unconcern for their customers is appalling. I am very happy once again with the final flower arrangement which I had delivered to my Aunt’s home in Pennsylvania for their Birthdays on Thursday, August 27, 2020.
I have ordered from this local flower shop for other events in the past and into the present.
Picking out the arrangements from the comfort of my home in the Chicago Area by using the shops website has worked very well.
I am also happy with the customer service and the quality of the product. Everything is kept to very high standards. Not only do the flowers arrive on the scheduled time, but the product looks just as good as in the picture. After talking with my Aunts and seeing the picture they sent of the final arrangement, I know everything worked out well and everyone is very happy!
Again, great job with product and experience! I will continue to buy more flower arrangements for future events from Mcshanes Florist.

The week of March 11, 2019, I placed an order with Mcshanes Florist of Belle Vernon, PA from the comfort of my home in Illinois for a birthday gift to my Aunt who lives in Pennsylvania, for a scheduled delivery near the end of March. I was very happy with the friendly customer service over the phone during the entire order process. The flowers arrived for my Aunt's Birthday on schedule in great condition! Even with the weather that day having snow, the florist was nice enough to go out of their way to bring the flower arrangement to a neighbor’s house where it was safe while my Aunt was away. I received a picture of the flower arrangement the day of the delivery from my Aunt and was very happy with the beautiful arrangement that was delivered. Read moreThey never answer their phone and even if you do get an employee-- good luck getting a hold of the lady that does the arrangements for weddings.It took me about a month to make an appointment (only used them because my centerpieces were included in my wedding package if I used their services). Once my meeting came along, everyone was friendly. I think she TRIED to make me happy with my order, and don't get me wrong the centerpieces came out beautiful but they were not what I envisioned. But I will not complain because it had the details I wanted and looked pretty but just wasn't what I thought they were going to look like. Also someone from the shop texted my phone about two weeks out of the wedding (weird they didn't call or email me first), and said I needed to come in right away for my consult. I texted back that we did it already and asked if I didn't to reconfirm everything. They texted back that they were sorry for the misunderstanding and that everything was set.
