Went in for 2 screen protectors and the one the owners wife put on my wife's phone left a white smudge. When I questioned the smudge the owner was trying to explain it to me when the lady came over to us and started raising her voice towards my wife. I was the one asking and my wife never said anything. That lady was very rude and unprofessional. I even asked about a return policy and instead got excuses and got blamed for a bad product. The owner said it was our fault because his wife had told us there may be a bubble due to the product NOT having an adhesive but there was an adhesive (which he told her in front of us and she did not know) and it left a white smudge. So it was our fault for them sugar coating a bad product.

Was pleased they had a case for phone. Wal-Mart carries phones but not cases for the phone I purchased. Went across the street to the mall(suggested by wm employee). Staff was nice, helpful. Thank You! for having the case we needed(and a variety of colors and patterns).
