I recently visited The Paleta Bar for the first time. When I arrived, the staff kindly asked if I was ready to order, and I let them know I needed a moment to look over the menu. After taking my time to decide, I placed my first order, only to be told that the item wasn’t available. I then chose a second item, but they didn’t have that either.
Here’s my concern: if you know certain items aren’t available, why not inform customers upfront? It would save us from wasting time choosing something you don’t have, especially when we’re excited about trying it. In my opinion, this lack of communication reflects poor customer service. There weren’t even other customers in the shop at the time, so it’s not like the staff was overwhelmed.
