Help! The aliens stole our food! Seriously. In June, my wife, daughter and I arrived in Roswell. We were on the driving for most of the day and we were hungry. We saw Panda Express which we love and decided to go through the drive thru. We made it in time as they were about to close. We put our order in. Went to pay at the window. The guy handed our food, which I handed to my wife and we started to drive. We had ordered two plates and the guy gave us one! Ok, I was tired and usually I check but I like I said, it was a long day. So, I parked the car and went inside. To let them know. They looked at the order and realized they forgot to put the other plate in the bag. Not a problem. I got the other plate and went back into the car. When we arrived at the hotel, ready to finally eat, we were in shock. The portions were extremely small! I’m taking about about a couple pieces of meat and beef. A couple pieces of veggies. It only took a couple of bites and all that was left was rice. I don’t expect the portions to be overflowing. But at least a decent amount. We’ve gone to Panda Express I’m Texas and we have never encountered this issue. At this point of the night we were extremely exhausted, tired, and managing our 5 month old daughter. Panda Express was closed and we were to leave the next day. Staff felt in a big rush at the end of night. Which I feel is the reason for such an issue to happen. And when I did come in to let them know about the food order there was no sorry or nothing. I’m not looking for a red carpet. But if you have your food missing from Panda Express be sure to check before leaving the location. And if your food is missing then you may have to look up in the sky for the aliens above. They may just very well...
Read moreSo I applied submitted my resume band called. That was on Monday and told the manager would call me back. No call so I called today, manager by the name of Alberto tells me to come in tonight at 930 and bring in my resume even though I submitted it online when I applied. so I get there at 915 with resume in hand. So at bout 935 he sits down doesn't introduce himself so I do. Doesn't even ask a question and tells me that he has no by my name because I can't work the hours they need. So I tell him that he should have told me that prior to telling me to be there at 930 at night and doesn't even look at my resume. He needs time management and information management skills. Should have left him an application for where I work we can help him with that. Don't need the job just wanted extra cash. Then I ask for the district managers number and it the DM name is a Hispanic/Spanish last name and I didn't hear him when he said the last name so when he repeated it he said it with out the Spanish accent because I guess he thought that since I'm white I didn't understand him and said it all with a clear English accent. Thinking I didn't understand him. Well guess who just called apologizing for all these mistakes. A little too late.....won't be eating there...
Read moreWe gave one last chance on this place. We ordered online, waited 30 minutes so that the food would definitely be bagged and ready when we arrived. We get there and one of the cooks tells us we need to call the customer and let them know they're out of teriyaki chicken, arguably one of the most popular dishes there. I told them we ARE the customer and they just said oh. So we weren't even told they were out of our food until we arrived. Then we were told we'd have to wait even longer to get our 2 meals put together because they didn't even bother making them during the 40 minutes between when we placed the order and arrived. We then watched 3 cooks just stand in the middle of the back and just talk. So we decided to just get a refund. There was no manager on duty so one of the cashiers was on the phone with a manager for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to give a refund. This is just ridiculous service. Panda is supposed to be one of those over the top customer service places because of the high competitive pay for employees, but most of the employees liked stoned out of their minds. It's disappointing because this was one of my wife's favorite food, but now she wants nothing to do with...
