Zero Degrees — Restaurant in Roswell

zero degrees deserves zero stars. absolutely disgusting. went to use the restrooms, roaches on the sink. thought maybe the bathrooms were dirty so i still decided to order. saw a baby roach on the counter. left immediately. also very understaffed and never have certain flavors. from what i’ve heard, they treat their employees like garbage. over work them and have taken money from their checks. the owner amber has also been accused of taking all the tips for herself. never sharing with the actual workers who make the drinks. one of roswell’s very few locally owned businesses and have one of the worst business ethics...

I used to really like it but I made the mistake of ordering the 'monster fries' which were anything but, just a little take out cup with seasoning&shredded cheese not even melted that took 20 minutes to get. Then on another occasion i got the coconut boba tea and it started off delicious then i noticed something in the foam on the inside of the cup and when i dragged my straw across it it was a hair🤮 i know it wasn't mine cuz it had the plastic seal on it which i stabbed my straw through. When I called to complain the teenager working there was pretty rude.Totally disgusted by...

Horrible service...They robbed my mom out of $10. Got her drink wrong.. My mother never touched the drink, or removed it from off of the counter. They refused to fix the drink. They said she had to take it that way. So my mom asked for a refund, and that couldnt be done either. My mom walked out of Zero Degrees with no drink, and $10 less cash than she already had. Come on people we work hard for our money...Just to have it stolen from a store! Shame on...
