Fashion Finders Consignment — Local services in Roswell

I feel I must address the scathing review left by Susan King. I do not know her personally, but was shopping there yesterday when she came in to pick up a consignment that had not sold. She was very aloof, unpleasant and abrupt when she felt a mistake had been made. She made no attempt to inquire further or request more information. I cannot attest to the alledged mistake, but must say that in my four years as a frequent and very happy customer, I have never received anything but personal and wholly accommodating service. I buy and also consign many items: I have always found the owner to be very gracious and attentive in handling any questions about my account and consignments. Fashion Finders in Roswell is an AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL consignment store. Did I mention that Fashion Finders is AWFUL? This store is poorly managed and very unprofessionally staffed. The manager is very disorganized, and they have very poor customer service skills. I consigned four pieces of high end clothing (Theory, Etro, Max Mara and Coach) which they acted as if were trashy polyester. There are many great consignment stores in the North Fulton area to find great deals but this is definitely not one of them...

I have stopped by Fashion Finders twice now and each time the door is locked by 4:45-4:50 p.m. The dark haired lady said they close at 5:00. I said well it’s not 5:00 yet? It didn’t matter to her. I told her this is the second time this has happened. The website says 6:00. Please update your website.
