Take what you want away from this b/c I understand there are several rave reviews. However, it should be known that I left a bracelet there to be evaluated for value and when I returned the owner claimed I never brought it in. He offered to let me see the video surveillance and then retracted his offer when I wanted to see it. At no time was I anything but polite and respectful. I didn’t once accuse him of anything. I admitted that it could very well be my mistake. However, the way he reacted was horrendous. The owner proceeded to yell at me - literally yell at me and tell me that I had not looked for the piece of jewelry. He also said I would be back to apologize to him when I found it. I was so appalled and honestly somewhat frightened that I left. So in conclusion, it appears that until you have any problem with the owner, everything goes smoothly. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a jewelry store. Mehran was able to sit down with me and listen to exactly what I was looking for in a custom engagement ring down to the smallest of details. He was quick to get back to me with the initial design and was able to turn around with an absolutely beautiful ring a few weeks later. All in all it only took about a month from start to finish and I was amazed at the quality of the work and service K-1 was able to provide. My fiancé has gotten nothing but compliments! The prices are very fair compared to any other jewelers store I looked into, and Mehran was very adamant about creating a ring that would not only look great but would also last a lifetime and I couldn’t be more happy with his work! I came into have a pewter pendant fixed. He informed me that pewter is very difficult to fix because it is such as soft metal, but he would try anyways. However, lo and behold, he worked his magic and came back out with it fixed and even put it back on my chain and soldered the ring attaching the pendant to the chain. He did all of this free of charge and refused my money. Outstanding customer service and even more outstanding skill to fix my pewter pendant. I cannot be more grateful because the cross pendant is very special to me because my brother gave it to me after my communication as he had bought himself a matching one, so I am very glad he could restore it, while also giving me tips on how to prevent the pendant from breaking again.
