Waffle House — Restaurant in Roswell

Mixed feelings about this location- The morning service is always friendly, wonderful, and we are frequent visitors! Went this Waffle House on St. Patty’s night it was dead; only my husband and I along this other gentleman were in there around midnight. The 3 employees working were being extremely obnoxious, screaming, and yelling foul language. There were people in the parking lot, and the employees were screaming about drug deals, and grill cook guy went outside yelling at the people in their cars not to do a drug deal making jokes about how this is Woodstock, and nothing happens... My husband and I even told them to be careful, because you never know what can happen that they could have a gun on them, if there was a drug deal going on... Then the employees had the audacity to say to us “we don’t care if your doing drug deals at Waffle House, just don’t make it so obvious, we won’t call the cops ever, because it is just Waffle House...” (Not safe for them, nor the patrons visiting this location) The Grill cook kept touching his hair while taking off his hat shaking his head to rock music that was blaring & Grill cook had also dropped eggs on the floor, picked them up, and didn’t even wash his hands while continuing to prepare food- which is a huge food safety violation. On top of all this my order wasn’t correct, and I didn’t even want to say anything to them, because both my husband and I wanted to leave immediately! During our whole experience we were completely uncomfortable, and uterly appalled with the behavior being displayed by the employees. I myself am a Store Manager in the food service industry, and I wouldn’t want this to be a respresentation of my company’s brand. We will NOT be returning at...

My million dollar lady cook, was not there. But two equally um...replacements....yes that's the ticket. One had to have been on his first shift ever. And one seemed like he'd be having an easier time without a "helper"

LOL ENTERTAINING THOUGH 8/10 Would be entertained again

The waitress is the best thing they have next to food. ( jukebox still sucks) She is the quintessential waffle house server, she has it all, sarcastic remarks, bantering with me but still being a great server. She may tell you no, I don't wanna, but you get it asap and you get her great personality (and nails) as well!

10/10. Would be indulged with banter again!

(third shift server with the awesome 2 week nails, whom has shown me the light ..and it's a yellow and black packet of sauce!

All in all, I always...

The custumer service was just horrible. Our server conner maude was highly inappropriate. His service was sub par at best, he didnt interact with us, barely did anything but bring the check, then at the register after we paid he decided to inform us " we work for tips, if your not going to tip dont bother coming back, your not welcome here, go somewhere else, never come back !! Needless to say we were pissed, and when we tried to get contact information to report our complaint he got scared and tried to inform us we weren't welcome, to leave, and told us he was banning us then called the cops on us. When cops arrived they found that conner called due to basically false information as he told dispath we were threatening him. I hope he is dealt with appropriately and fired for his horrible service...
