I have too much pride in asking for help at a hardware store. My son and I decided to build a lowrider skateboard, and some specific hardware was needed.

We were determined to find what we needed on our own. The staff here was happy to step in and assist. I'm happy they did! The associate was so friendly and shortened our journey tremendously.

I wish I caught the guys name that helped us. He asked about our project and engaged with my son in a friendly manner. The cashier was super friendly as well.

After visiting several local establishments throughout the day and dealing with subpar service, our visit here was a comforting experience. I'm happy to have this Ace in my backyard. Propane tank refill coming soon.

DT Roswell resident and first time Ace Hardware customer today. Had a bunch of random needs for the house and found everything I needed with the help of a knowledgeable, and shockingly helpful, staff. I don’t write reviews often but thought my recent experience at Ace Hardware warranted one. I was extremely excited to learn that Ace opened up a location near downtown Roswell. Their selection of grill accessories, and everyday home improvement items, is allowing me to replace both Home Depot and The Atlanta Grill Company and support a local business.

The service in this store is excellent, and it is very clean and well organized. I was asked if I needed help right when I walked in, and everyone was very friendly.

I cannot recommend this Ace...
