I called today around 12 pm to inquire about a product. The guy said yeah, and suddenly the phone went silent. I called back and the same young and immature man answered the phone. I said, I believe we got disconnected. He said, no I hung up. If you want to know about it then drop by. I understand not wanting to give prices over the phone, but anything else should not be a problem to discuss. He was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. As a loyal customer and buying product from them, they give me special bourbon selections when they come in. You simply can't buy these bourbons on the street. Get to know these guys and they'll take great care of you. Great bourbons are allocated and it helps if you are a regular customer to get your hands on them.
