Got to drive up order @ 8:49. Ordered V Hot Carmel macheatto and ask if they had h&c croissants. Order taker took a few seconds and said yes, I ordered 2. 5 min later given drink and 2 bags. As I pulled away from window, went for croissant and it was 2 of SBs terrible h&c roll Rocks they call a breakfast sandwich. Pulled directly around building to complain, now 8:58 No one answered went window and litterally pounded on glass while server who was cleaning up ignored me. After 4 minutes of honking horn and pounding on glass a server came to window to say they were closed, I said "fine give me a refund", s/he said all registers were down I would have to come back in morning. When I tasted V Carmel Machaetto no Carmel drizzle and tasted awful.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MANY STARBUCKS HAS FALLEN TO LEVELS THAT MAKE IT SEEM UNLIKELY THERE IS ANY TRAINING AT ALL. ESSENTIAL WORKERS, ESPECIALLY YOUNG MILLENIALS, OFTEN ARE FOUND TO PROVIDE SERVICE THAT IS BETTER CALLED "IF ITS CONVENIENT FOR ME". CERTAINLY MAKES ME WONDER IF ANY SUCH EXPERIENCE CAN JUSTIFY A $5.00 PLUS COFFEE. BE SURE U CHECK Ur ORDER COMPLETELY BEFORE LEAVING WINDOW.

I asked the lady taking my order, “ do I have to click something on my app in order to take advantage of that discount” , she says “ no I do it here when you come to the window as long as you have the app and I can scan” so I pull around and they take my card and swipe it, and the guy hands me my receipt and I see I was charged Full price for my Refresher. So I ask the lady, hey didn’t you say you would do the discount once you scanned the app, she looked frustrated and said they didn’t hit the button that applied the discount and didn’t even apologize and said and I quote “ sorry there’s nothing I can do now” and walked away. Like not even oh my let’s see if I can fix it, or here’s a cake pop or something, it was very unprofessional and rude, and I was trying to stay informed on how I needed to get this discount and even after trying I couldn’t get it. Well... until today. One of the doctors in the office sends us to this store to buy coffee with his card, since it is close. He buys coffee for the whole office. With his card. I have been sent to grab coffee treats for the office for the past 9 months. With his card. The other assistant has been going for the past couple months with that same card. Today, the card was refused. She was spoken to with degradation as if she was holding a stolen card. She had to use her own money and he looked disgustingly back at her to say 'get reimbursed from your boss.' The other employees were embarrassed by his actions Yeah... Starbucks was already going under with stores closing all over. Guess they've now lost 3 customers and hundreds of dollars per month, that being at just this location.
