Used this company to stage my first vacant property. Price for furniture was very affordable. However, customer service was absolutely awful. Selected pieces are confirmed the day before they are scheduled to be delivered. I selected some really nice pieces but learned the day of delivery the pieces I selected were not available. This was new client for me so I had to communicate the pieces we agreed upon were actually not available. Furniture showed up dirty and had to be spot cleaned. I have bought several pieces from CWS Home Services over the last year or so. And the only thing that tops the quality of the items I purchased is the customer service. Marissa was instrumental in helping me select my items and most recently incredibly helpful with my parents who just closed on their new home.
