Heji Rice Noodle — Restaurant in Walnut

Terrible Service!

We were a group of three, and since all the other seats were full, the staff arranged for us to sit at a large table. We had already sat down and ordered our food. Later, a group of five people arrived, and the staff asked us to sit closer together to make room for them to join us at the same table. The table impossible to be more than 5 people.

I asked the staff why they didn’t inform us beforehand that we would need to share the table when seating us. She didn’t explain anything and instead told us that we could wait outside because the group had already arrived.

Excuse me? We arrived first and had already placed our order, yet she told us to wait outside so the group could take our table!

I was furious and will NEVER...

The service is good. The staff are nice to customers. But the food is terrible. They use bad quality materials to make their food. There is Lymphatic meat in our bowl which is really disgusting. And the noodle tastes not chewy at all which means the noodles are made of poor quality rice powder. When we were eating I heard the staff complaining that there are so few customers that they almost can’t afford the rent. I just want to say if you treat customers honestly you will be successful definitely. But if you cheat with customers and provide cheap and bad quality food you will find no customers are fools as...

Small business for Guilin Rice Noodles. Try the Hot & Soup Rice Noodle Soup and Braised Beef, Crispy Pork, Pork intestine, BBQ Pork, and Pork head meat noodles which is good. Fried Egg is ok but added additional chili in it. (I am cool with that.) Side dishes are unlimited refills. Prices and portions are okay. Recommend people want to have a quick lunch here or support...
