Green pre-wired our new construction home. Between the time of pre-wiring and moving in, I changed my mind on some things that altered how our AV equipment would be controlled. After over a year of frustration with how our setup ended up working due to the changes I made (not due to anything on their end), I recently decided to see if they could come back out and re-do some of it which would require dropping new cables down a wall. The work was very easy to schedule with their AV division. The crew who came out were very friendly and took time to listen to what I was requesting to make our AV system work exactly like we want it to. Most importantly, they didn't try to up-sell me on anything. They did exactly what I was asking of them, and everything works perfectly now in the way that we wanted. I only wish I had called them out a long time ago.

I bought a house where Green installed the electronic system for the previous owner. I’ve paid over $1000 for them to come out two or three days ($175/hour). And the most basic thing (Internet) has gone down every other week so to get online, I default to AT&T fiber router. Everything else (audio/TVs/etc.) breaks a lot too, and when you call them for an appointment to fix things, they book 2 weeks out. When you ask them to comp a visit bc their prior visit didn’t finish the work (they didn’t set a code ahead of time), they say it’s time and labor.. ie they don’t own their workmanship of things working. One redeeming quality is that when the two guys come, they are very nice. But the system is way too complicated.
