Excellent service and suits!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Men’s Wearhouse to find the perfect suit for my wedding, and I must say that the service provided by one of their employees was absolutely outstanding. Leslie went above and beyond to ensure that I was measured accurately and that the suit would be ready in time for my special day.

From the moment I entered the store, Leslie greeted me warmly with a genuine smile and an eagerness to assist.

Very disappointed with this suit rental and their customer service.

My brother took time out of his busy schedule to get measured and try on the suit well before his event, trusting everything would be ready and correct. When he picked it up, the suit was the wrong size and completely wrinkled. He couldn’t wear it and had to scramble for a last-minute alternative.

When I went back to speak with the manager, he dismissed the issue by saying “no suit place ever gets things perfect” and that they handle “so many suits a day.” That’s simply not true — we’ve rented from many other tux shops with excellent customer care. We wanted to try a new place, but if you expect good service, don’t come here.

Customers shouldn’t have to waste time trying on suits again after being properly measured. This should be simple and professional, not full of excuses and blame-shifting.

A refund was offered, but that’s not enough. Real customer service means accountability and respect — things this place seriously lacks.

So I went to go exchange my shirt here because the shirt that I got was 100% cotton and I know that I don't like my shirts too tight around the middle section. I knew if I washed the shirt it was going to shrink. I told the guy here and he was not listening to what I was saying. He kept getting the wrong size and slim fit. I am not a slim size person and he even got the same shirt again in the same color and size again and said here you go. Then I lost it on the guy saying he was not listening. I looked around to see if I like any shirt and I said to two associates that I just want to return to there faces and they just ignore me. I said hello and you don't want to help me, ok where's your manager. I talked to the manager and I told him what happened and he listen and apologize to me. I thanked the manager and was pleased...
