WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not work with this company! I hired them to help clear out my house to move . They did not give me an opportunity to decide what I wanted to do with my items if they didn’t sell in our home estate sale. So basically they decided upon themselves to steal everything that didn’t sell and they sold it on their own! I’m talking everything down to toilet brushes(used ones) hangers, clothing racks, every single thing they cleared out of my house without asking me! Their mother called me on the final day of the sale to do a walk through with my 4 yr old! At that point they had already took most of everything and I didn’t notice because they had my house staged to sell! I had just moved , I have 3 kids 7,4, and 2 and it was summer time so I had them all day everyday. I made the biggest mistake trusting these women! I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. You took my Frederic Remington statue July 8 and finalized its sale to a man on the 12th or 13th. You said in writing that I would be paid on the 11th. When removing my statue from my car you took out my cooler. Later you said it would be in Novi for me to pickup. I’m surprised and saddened that what started as a cordial relationship ended with anger and disappointment because you refused to pay me. Only after I messaged you that I needed payment and threatened you with a negative review did you initiate payment through your online bank bill pay. This is one of those stores that makes you feel like you did something wrong before you walk in. Rude notes on the door about bag size, and rude notes all over about YOU BREAK IT YOU BUY IT. This place is crammed with stuff and big cases, so couple that with the signs, and you start having anxiety that you’re going to break something. No one welcomed me in, the cashier was struggling with one transaction the entire time I was in the store, she didn’t seem to know how to use the credit card machine.
