Wouldn't recommend this place for bloodwork. To many people all the time. Super crowded. I've come here on multiple occasions every seat taken. Or close to it. Then there are the people with the coughing ..and sickly looking people. Do not bring your kiddos here ..its a definite hospital type setting. Meaning it's not like the smaller offices you go to were people are there to get just there blood drawn. People are here for all kinds of reasons. They take forever to call for you. The staff who draw blood are sub par. They didn't have those little packets that warm up your hand to help raise your veins. They were all out. So my child had to run there hand under warm water for a bit. I thought that was bizarre. At the end of the day I'm paying the bill to get these tests done. They should be done properly and they should be fully stocked up at all times. Needed a note for my childs school and I was looked at like I was crazy. They said they don't offer notes for school. Public school systems require notes for excused tardies or excused absences. Every medical place should be able to produce a notice stating that your child was present and they need to be excused. Ridiculous nonsense. I ended up speaking to the supervisor or manager and they referred me to someone who could assist us in that matter. We ended up being there for far to long. Extremely, terribly slow check in process. Back with another patient just one day after this post. Don't bring your loved ones here for bloodwork. The desk "couldn't find the orders in the computer." Waited a half hour to get checked in. The woman checking us in was rude in her responses to us. Lab workers couldn't be any slower if they tried. If you can find another lab for bloodwork, run there! Bring a lunch if you choose...

Go anywhere else for the work you need. I scheduled an ultrasound to get a potential hernia checked out over a month ago and after sitting in the lobby for an hour they told me they couldn't do it because their hernia ultrasound specialist is only in during the day.
