SO IT HAS NOE BEEN ALMOST 6 WEEKS AND NOT A CALL FROM ANYONE OVER THIS!!! There is an auto reply to reach out to an email...really??? So your customers mean that little to you that you can not pick up the phone and take care of this!!! Detroit Cookie Company in Ferndale...AMAZING COOKIES, they also deliver and the order actually gets to the person you are sending them too! Enjoy my $30 you took with no cookies ever delivered and no response from anyone!!! Terrible way to treat customers!!!
So, still no contact from owner or store over this!!! Unbelievable! You took $, no cookies delivered from this ridiculousness and you have never responded to me except for "Yikes"...hard to understand how a business owner takes no responsibility for their actions while the community continues to support your store.

I ordered cookies almost two weeks ago to be delivered to a business. They never arrived; the delivery person left them on the steps of a home that was not even in the area. When I spoke with the delivery person, they did not care and said "they followed the pin"! I then called Crumbl in Royal Oak and was told that they would send out another order; NEVER HAPPENED! I have called the Royal Oak store 11 times and left numerous messages. I physically went into the store this week and asked for the manager. The "manager" would not come out to speak with me and sent an employee to tell yet another employee to call Door Dash!!! Door Dash is telling me to contact the store and the store will not respond to Door Dash. The manager at this store does not even have the common courtesy of a return phone call to a customer or the decency to speak to a customer in the store. So credit card charged, cookies never delivered and store manager has no intent on making this situation right at all. Quite troubling when a community supports a business who will not support a customer with an issue. Since the stores are independently owned, I have been unable to locate the owners for assistance since the store will not respond. Read moreUnfortunately this location is consistently a let down. On more than three occasions I have ordered cookies. The kiosk and app advises how many are left for availability. Today was the last straw giving this location another chance. I ordered my cookies like my last two attempts, this was an order of 6 of the specialty ones. I stayed in the store and waited for my order. I could tell that priority was given to DoorDash orders as far as availability because I could see those being made first and handed to the dashers. I quickly noticed that if you are not a DoorDash order and just a regular person who ordered, and the cookies needed for that DoorDash order are ones you ordered they will use your cookies for that order. Meaning that if no more are left after being used, you will not have what you paid for. So after waiting 20 minutes or so, my name is called. I go up to the counter expecting my order but am instead told they are out of cookies. I ask which ones? The server proceeds to state they are out of every single cookie I ordered. I ask what they have left and they say “only chocolate chip”. Why would a company that can track the exact number of cookies available now all of a sudden be out of the cookies I ordered? The answer is simple, the cookies I paid for were used for DoorDash orders. I know this because I could see the cookies that were “not available”being placed in DoorDash boxes right in front of my eyes. This may seem like a small thing, but this has been my experience every single time I have visited the Royal Oak location. You order something and then it’s not available and you are left with no option or chocolate chip cookies. After I explained I did not want those basic chocolate chip cookies I was offered a refund. I will not ever be returning to this location. To have someone pay for items only to give them to other orders deemed more priority is a terrible business model. I do not fault the young employees, they are just doing their jobs. This can only be attributed to poor management at this particular location. I’ve refrained from writing a review because I wanted to give some grace, but after multiple encounters that end up the same EVERY SINGLE TIME, I’ll be making the extra drive to a different store from now on. This store has a multitude of problems, mainly the attitudes of everyone working there. Every customer seems to be an inconvenience. There never seems to be a manager around and there is no sense of urgency ever. I ordered ahead the other day and when I walked in, I was asked by staff if I needed to order. I said “no, pick up for my name” and the worker turned around. I stood there for 15 minutes while my order sat on the table behind the counter. It was ready when I walked in, I even said my name, and no one thought to give it to me. I had to say “is my order on that table?” because they just avoid looking at you in hopes you don’t ask anything. Additionally, they mark you as picked up before you actually arrive, so the option on the app to click “I’m here” won’t show when you do actually arrive. I understand people have bad days, but every single person in this store needs additional training. I’ve been here COUNTLESS times and the result is always the same. The cookies also never look how they should - which I don’t really care about since they still taste good (most of the time), but I guarantee if corporate saw the cookies they give people, they’d do some damage control.
