Starbucks — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

Really hate doing this but today i have to making this review. Came on Thursday night (05/25/2023) to get my coffee.There were 3 young girls still working there.They close at 8pm,had to run there because i came little bit late around 7h53 pm and they make me feel like i was not welcoming, the girl took my order didn’t even say hi to me but anyways she had to take my order, there was another lady behind me on the line too but after my order, they told her leave because they closed even it was 7h56pm when I looked at my phone. When i got my drinks, my order was Frappuccino coffee and what she gave me was a Cappuccino, i said it was not my order and she said” i can not make Frappuccino,go back to cashier get refund”,it took her about 5 mins for my refund and i had to leave without any word “Sorry” or “Goodbye” from them. My house in PortoSol next to Target and i came to this Starbuck every day for couple years, the old staffs there was always friendly and they made my drinks really good. I want to say to 2 new girls who took my order and the one who made my drinks and refund, I don’t come there to get my drinks for free, you guys working there for Starbuck and what you’re doing is representing for them,not for yourself, please don’t treat customers like that if you really care...

Went in there tonight and stood in line, infront of me was a woman and man and then another customer infront of them. The barista (tan girl with hair pulled back) was working on a drink then went to the back and when she came back to the front looked at the woman and man infront of me and said “you guys are the last ones I’m serving after you I’m closed”. I stood there confused since I had been standing in line and no one was behind me before I got a chance to say if she would please take me since I had been standing in line already she looked at me and said “we’re closed” and walked away. The hours are until 8:00pm on Sunday and I had been standing in the line before that time so then she should have told me they were closed as soon as I got there and not had let me stand in line. I’ve never had such a rude experience at Starbucks before and will not visit this...

I try to order coffee for my wife and I and was waiting 15 minutes to place an order and not one of your 3 Starbuck's employees acknowledged me and I was the only customer in line. They were talking among themselves and walked by me several times. Showed no concern for customer service. They should of a least acknowledged their customers. At 20 minutes I walked away not waited on with no coffee. Very disappointed with Starbucks. Need to train your employees to at least acknowledge their customers and show concern or at the most make eye contact. Target...
