As a tourist and last time visitor, I feel that the customer service in this store was unprofessional and overbearing. I watched one of the older sales women hawk over the shoulders of another tourist and customer while she was trying to shop for her daughter. The saleswoman kept shuffling through the T-shirts as the woman was trying to look through the T-shirts to find a design that her daughter wanted. You could tell that the customer was becoming highly agitated and annoyed. This overbearing behavior from the sales clerk also prevented me and my family from being able to look through the shirts to find a design that we liked. Not to play the race card or anything but the customer was of Hispanic origin. My family and I have noticed an obvious prejudice for anybody that is not white. This was our third trip and our last trip to Ruidoso. We had attributed poor behavior due to busy tourist times, but this time we came during an off-season and we received some of the worst treatment during our stay. My husband and I are both of Hispanic origin as well and received nothing but glares and hawkish behavior. The locals are exceptionally rude and nasty. The only people that are friendly here are other visitors and Out-of-towners. My family and I will not contribute one more dollar into the local economy...

Horrible and rude. They have a "Help Wanted" sign outside and I came in to talk to someone. The older grey haired woman was so rude, she said she had no idea who I can call for a job, how much it pays, when the job would start etc. She told me to fill out an application and return it. I was like to who? She said me. I asked if she was the owner and she turned her back to me and started folding shirts. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I am dark skinned so I wonder if race played ...

We bought all of our shirts/souvenirs here. They had the biggest variety to choose from with high quality shirts and sweatshirts. The store is clean and well organized and the prices are unbeatable. The staff was so helpful and extra friendly. We left a package there and the owner Vickie shipped it to us. You should definitely shop here for souvenirs, you will not be...
