Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Rural Hall

Im not a farmer. I don't own a tractor. I do, however, own a bunny that I occasionally buy hay for at Tractor Supply! I love it, though, the store that issss,...the bunny well... That's kinda a different story! I always forget how much i love that store until i have to go back! I like to walk around and see what they have.... This time, they had some beautiful humming bird feeders that caught my eye! They also had some baby chicks and ducks! Now i know I said im not a farmer, but I do want my own chicken's! This made me want them even more! They were soooo little fluffy and cuuute! We would have some work to do before we got some baby chickens sooo ... maybe next time!? We ended up driving to this specific tractor supply as they were selling the chicken coop we wanted on sale. When we got home and unloaded we saw it was completely rotted, the wood is soft to the touch and molded. We had already unloaded it and it’s almost 500 pounds so it was not going back on the truck . I was so scared we weren’t going to be able to get our money back without returning it. When I called and spoke to Monica we were able to get refunded with no issues after sending some pictures of just how damaged it was. The circumstance sucked because now we have this to clean up and was out a long drive but the customer service was top notch and we will be looking for a new coop at tractor supply. I wouldnt recommend going to this store in Rural Hall. The new manager sold me a half bag of feed for half price that was on a clearance rack. A couple weeks later I brought back a full bag of the same feed to exchange for some other products of the same value. I didn't have a receipt but she was only going to give me the price of the half bag. I called corporate and they gave me a copy of my receipt. She said there was no reason this manager could not have given me the full price for the full bag especially since I only wanted to do an exchange. This is a very poor manager and I will not shop here again until this manager...
