Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Rural Hall

Besides being rude non-communicative and just completely ignorant The pharmacist decides to take random days off closed all phamacy down and people like me who have been waiting on medication for over a week because it's on back order they have to order it they don't tell you this you look all over the state for it to try to get it they finally get their order and they finally fill it he takes off so now I can't even get my medicine for two days now because they're now closed on Saturday and now closed on Sunday without any notification. I can't transfer the scripts because again the medicine's hard to find it was on back order and the whole entire state does not have it neither do different pharmacies I have tried different variations. this is the worst pharmacy that me and my wife have ever had the displeasure of "attempting" to use. They never have any prescriptions ready (even if you call ahead and they say that they are), they have given us other people's prescriptions, claimed that our prescriptions have not been submitted (causing us to have to call the doctor, who then has to walk them through finding it in the computer), and to top it off they are hardly ever open; This compounds all the other issues, because we have very limited windows of time, due to our work schedule, to try and obtain the medicine we have been prescribed. I have been going to this pharmacy a long time. I believe it use to be an Eckerd Drug before. I honestly have zero complaints about this Rite Aid. I love all the staff, they are like family. Asking how my children are doing, how I am and etc. That’s how you want your pharmacy to be, they are taking care of your families medications.
