Worst customer service. Scheduled a mower to be picked up on a Monday (because they said they were closed on weekend), they didn’t get it until Wednesday. Simple fix to just take off the blade and remove some stray wire….was told it would be done by that Friday…….a week later I check and was told it would be the following Monday……another week later and still haven’t even touched the mower and told it’s another week…….. I’ve learned my lesson and will never use them again and encourage everyone else to stay away from this place of unprofessionalism. Wish me luck on someday getting...
