Something is wrong with the website. Can only leave 1 star reviews when there should be 0 star reviews. If this clown show was available for purchase it’d be worth about $12. Never be back again. Was at the drive thru ordered my food no issues. Was handed my food and handed a $10 gift card and my debit card to pay. The gentleman says “our card machine is not working because the power is out” and closes the window. (Every business around as well as the Subway has power) Then proceeds to come back to the window and says “the machine is not taking cards” so as any normal human I offer to give the food back and take my business to another place. Then he shuts the window, without giving my debit or gift card back. 5 minutes later he came back to the window and handed me the cards and informs me the machines aren’t working and says “sir I am trusting you to come back and pay your bill. I am giving you the food but trusting you must come back and pay your bill” I offer to give it all back again and he says “just come pay your bill whenever I am trusting you to leave” I was wondering if I was at a bank getting a loan for a minute with him asking me to come back and pay. So to avoid trouble I go get them cash pay and ask for a receipt for proof of purchase so they couldn’t report me for not paying to law enforcement. Gift card balance was not taken off the bill as well. Horrible experience felt like I was at a bank getting a loan after he told me he trusted me to come back and pay my bill after waiting around for 20 minutes at the drive thru. Said it wouldn’t happen again I replied no problem I’ll not be back. Wish they had options for ZERO STARS BECAUSE THIS SUBWAY...
Read moreI made an online order through the Subway app and the workers as well as the manager tried claiming prior their internet was having issues, they didnt receive my order and it didnt seem initially like they were going to give me my food!
The person working the subs asked why I didnt come in and do my order, well it is my personal choice whether I order on the Subway app and I have that right.
Why should I be questioned on how I place my order and the person taking my order?
The worker was frustrated making my order 4 subs and 3 salads, along with 8 cookies for my family, a big order and asked me to go to the end of the line while she take care of 5 other customers coming in...
Read moreWe were APALLED to see the guy who had JUST handled the money at the cash register, start preparing someone's food WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES!!!!! He had JUST been handling MONEY!!! THAT'S A HUGE NO, NO!!! We will NEVER EVER GO AGAIN!!!! That's just SICK!!! So glad we weren't at the drive-thru or we wouldn't have seen it. It was OBVIOUS he did this often since he did it so naturally with others in the line watching. The man behind us thanked me for saying something. He was shocked as well.
