Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Russell Springs

Don't bother calling, don't bother ordering online, simply do not bother. They will mess your order up. You will pay extra for things you will not get.

If you live outside the order zone, you will burn your gas getting what you thought you paid for, you will not get it, and they will not care.

I could almost excuse miscommunications made over the phone. But my order was in writing, online, in black and white.

Large garlic epic stuffed crust; square cut, extra sauce.

one large thin crust; square cut, well done, extra sauce.

Paid for all the extras. NONE of this was done. The only thing they got right was the thin crust and the 2 extra sauces. That is it.

How you mess up an order in writing, right in front of you, is nothing short of willful negligence. And their response after being made aware of this? "Drive another 15 miles round trip and replace it with what you actually paid for". Nevermind the fact I already drove 15 miles to get what was supposed to be correct. They wanted me to drive another 15 miles round trip so THEY could fix THEIR mistakes, with not a single apology, nor offer to actually make it right. Just "burn another 15 miles worth of gas and move on".

Worst papa johns I have ever been ordered from. The manager working the August 9th 2024 evening shift should be ashamed. When it came to doing the bare minimum and making excuses, they had that going for them in spades.

This makes our 9 time calling there and ordering and then picking up every time but 2 has been extremely unpleasant the food is great clean nice insidebut when it comes to speaking with one of the employees a female in particular it is always extremely unpleasant she seems to have an issue for some reason you ask a question and she gets so angry about it I wouldn't be posting this but I'm just think it's extremely rude to hang up on people after their order especially say thank you very much and the response is slamming the phone in your ear i ran a restaurant for almost 14 years a customer ask a question you should answer it properly and correctly when you clock in at a job no matter what you do for a living do it correctly. I think Papa John's is one of the best pizzas out there for a chain pizza. This particular one needs some new management. They are very inconsistent not only with the food but with their service as well. My most recent visit the young lady at the register gave me $23.00 and some change back more than I gave her.(I paid in cash) After helping her count the money I asked for some seasoning packets. She said that would be an extra $2.70 for those. REALLY, I've been a customer for a while and never been charged for those or parmesean packets. I think people really need to pay attention and speak up when visiting this particular Papa John's location. Just an opinion and hope it helps...
