Goffin's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Rutherford

Since I recently moved to Park Ave and fell in love with this store, I always advise my friends to visit it. Over the last six months I have bought here: a large board with an ocean design made of resin, various jewelry, full sizes of Nest oil, funny matches, and other various ideas for small gifts. Until today, the sellers here have been friendly and always polite. But ! Having just left the store, I left without buying anything, the first time I just didn’t want to buy anything here, the saleswoman who followed me and looked after me, just looked at me without saying - “can I help you?” or JUST simply say “hello” to the client. I have never seen such an unprofessional seller anywhere. The manager or owner of this store, please teach her to simply greet your customers, otherwise you just want to leave your store quickly and not buy something here. (this store doesn't deserve 1 star, I know, but this saleswoman makes me feel so bad and that's why I had to change...

Very expansive store divided into two sections. Items mostly sell for manufacturer's suggested retail price although you will find items on sale occasionally. In the front, is mostly clothing and jewelry items. The back of the store is mostly Hallmark and other trinket items. The store is totally eye candy, 100%, beautifully laid-out, clean and well-stocked. The store clerks are very helpful. Checkout is fast and easy and the store accepts credit cards, Apple, Google and Samsung pay too. You can spend a lot of time and money here and still leave with a happy feeling in your heart because you will enjoy the shopping experience.

The only downside, which has nothing to do with the store is the area parking. Parking is horrendous. To (hopefully) find a parking space, (the entire area is metered by the town) you will need to get to your destination early or, take a risk of parking in a private lot, such as a bank or...

I went to Goffins to get a welled bracelet done with my sisters and i had a very disappointing expericence. After we left my sisters bracelet fell off as soon as she walked out the door which onl tells you that it was not done correctly which means my was not done correctly as well. I went into the store today because I realized my bracelet fell off and to let them know the bracelet done a week ago today and it fell off and I could not find it. I tried to explain to the owner that my bracelet fell off within a week and i could not find it. He wanted to charge me an additional $62.50 to replace it on top of the $118.00 i spent a week ago to get it on. To anyone who wants to get the welled bracelets done I would not recommend going to Goffins in Rutherford because they are a rip off and they would not work with.
