This was my first time ordering jewelry from their website. I had a few questions about their packaging for the sterilized jewelry so I called them up. They were extremely helpful and clearly knew how things worked. With this assurance, I went ahead and ordered. After I placed my order I had a few more questions so I emailed them. Again, they were incredibly helpful and promptly answered all my questions. They also informed me that they sterilize the jewelry to-order. I think that is really awesome of them to do, that way I'm not getting something that's been sitting around forever and going to expire next month. Once my package arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it was packed. It is literally visible how much care and time is put into their packing.
