Today I removed the 5 star rating after yesterday's incident! I have been a regular client of yellowtail for two years , I come here as to dine-in and take a pick-up order, sometimes I place a large order, sometimes when I just want a light dinner I always order my favorite garden salad with my favorite ginger dressing, I always take this salad is just because of this dressing!!! every time I place an order for pickup and I always make the instructions āplease add extra salad dressingā because for me one small 1/5 cup of salad is simply not enough, and 2 x 1/5 cups just makes the perfect salad !!! There are always mistakes with my order, but sometimes I actually receive extra ginger dressing as I ask in the order description,thanks ! but most often the one who collects the orders ignores my request. and yesterday my patience has come to an end, when I asked again, please add extra dressing to the salad - my request was simply ignored, and as you can see in the photo, one salad simply does not have even this one standard dressing !!! This is just a mockery !!! The girls who collect the order before delivery: a refrigerator with dressing and salads right behind you!!! Is it really so difficult to turn 180° and just take a salad with extra dressing ??? which I asked for in the order details, if the girl who collects the salad for her is very difficult, then donāt seal the package with the order so tightly that the client can open the package and check if everything is correct is in order, itās such a small thing but itās so annoying every time! We naturally are rooting for restaurants to do well in our own town, and while I wish Yellowtail to be a success, my own personal experience was not a good one. We went on a Saturday night and arrived around 6:30 to avoid the evening rush. We sat at one of the tables in the front by the windows. Although the people that work there are friendly, our waiter seemed a little disorganized. Since it is a BYOB we brought a bottle of white wine and needed some ice. We needed a little bit more so the second time we ask for it, we kept waiting until i flagged our waiter down. OK, no big deal. Then our second roll we ordered never came out, after a long wait we were brought the wrong dish. That was sent back and waited some more. Finally our order arrived but it was super salty so we thought, ok, no big deal, let's just move on to the next dish. Our next two rolls arrived and again, both were super salty. All noodles and hardly any vegetables. I ordered 3 rolls and while I enjoyed them, i could definitely get better elsewhere. The rolls themselves were tasty but seemed very lazily made and came apart as soon as i started to pick each piece up. The presentation of the rolls wasn't too great also. I wasn't too in love with the decor either. Seemed like they were going for a modern look but i just wasn't feeling it.
