Flixbus has horrible horrible horrible costumer service. I lost more than 5 tickets that I couldn't redeem in the past. For that reason, I didn't travel with them for many months. I just booked a trip this past weekend and my plan changed so I changed the trip to today September 19th from San Francisco 5th to Old Sacramento 2nd an J street.
