Went to delta shores specifically for Sees candy. Long story short. The ladies that work that store are wonderful humans! They treated us so kindly. Today we went in to get some chocolate. Everything was going great until an individual walked in that seemed very unusual and disturbed about something. The tension in the store changed immediately from happy to seriously concerned. The staff at the store tried to maintain a since of normalcy while being on high alert. The staff very calmly and politely addressed him and ultimately got him to leave the store without any confrontation. I have never seen a team work so quickly, confidently, and calmly to diffuse a situation like that. My family was amazed at there outstanding customer service. Bought two 1-pound boxes of chocolates today with some certificates. I think my aunt may have bought a whole bunch of those certificates that don't expire many years ago (but they don't sell these anymore) so I get surprised looks from the See's staff every time I use them. Had Kathleen C (Kathy) help my husband and I today, and she was the nicest See's staff I've ever encountered. I think she said she works seasonally, but she honestly made my experience here amazing. I like the milk chocolate Bordeaux so that's literally all I wanted, and she was so sweet about it. And my husband wanted different ones with fruity fillings, and Kathy was so patient and helpful. I had my three daughters ages 11, 10, & 5 go in and use their $25 gift card while I stood in my vehicle because I wasn’t feeling well and my son had just fell asleep. As my daughters walked back out the building they were smiling and happy, all three stated that the two women working were incredibly nice and patient with them and made them feel as if they belonged there.
