Went to this location in search of a men’s ring. Upon entering I explained the ring was a gift for someone & I wasnt accurate of the exact size. The cashier said they didnt do returns, but I could EXCHANGE within 5 days, as their policy states. I told her that the gift would be given as a birthday present a week from that date, and she said maybe we could write on the receipt a small extension. I picked the ring I wanted out. One of the employees said if I purchased 3 I’d get a little discount. So I bought 4 items. That day I decided to gift the ring, a week in advanced, to honor their 5 day exchange window and sure enough, the ring didn’t fit. We went back the next day, less than 24 hours later to look at rings and find a good size. We picked the exact ring but in a different size. The cashier says “oh this was on sale there is no exchanges on sale items.” Like excuse me what? You were the exact same person that told me to get the ring because we could come exchange it. I confronted her about it. “But weren’t you the same person who helped me yesterday? I told you it was a gift and you said it wouldn’t be a problem.” She pulled the “well I’ll do it for you this time” and was snippy and quite annoyed she had to fill out paperwork. I literally followed steps she told me to take. AND I purchased more items than I really should have. I went in for one ring and left with 4. But it was her attitude, and clear misleading information that won’t have me coming back nor recommending this place to anyone. She was clearly aware of what she was doing, pushing to make a sale knowing that ring was on “sale” and couldn’t be exchanged. Terrible service. No matter how many smiles and “thank you have a good day” you throw at people, this was deceiving, makes customers feel less than, and isn’t honest business. I hope other customers don’t get lied...

Beware ordering online!! I have ordered 3 rings from this company and they sent me the wrong size each time. Two were one size too small, and one was a half size too small. I know my ring size, and I have a ring sizer that jewellers use. So yeah they absolutely sent me the wrong sizes even though the receipts that came with my rings showed the correct size I ordered. So, some of you might be thinking ok what's the big deal just send them back - which despite the inconvenience, I was going to do. But their so-called "return" policy really isn't. They only do an exchange or store credit - no refunds. If you bought it on sale then they don't even do that. And even if you are eligible to do exchange/store credit, you have to pay the return shipping AND they take 15% from your store credit as a "restocking fee". I will never order from this company again since I'm out $50 from three wrong size rings they sent me that I...

Would not be going there again. I bought an amethyst pendant, and when I bought it, I was told I could return it within five days. The very next day, I came back because the pendant was sold to me with bad energy. My entire family was not able to sleep properly, and quite literally I woke up at three am to my parakeets panicking and flying into walls. Every single one of us had horrible nightmares, and I had one that linked to my parakeets reacting this way. I was told I can return it, but found out that it was on clearance, and apparently not applicable for a refund. This was not told to me when I bought the pendant.
